MAKE YOUR OWN KOMBUCHA

In this workshop you will learn the history, the basics of brewing your own batches, and understand whatever the heck a SCOBY is. There will be a demonstration on feeding and caring for the SCOBY (The kombucha mother) along with bottling and flavouring the finished product. Each participant will take home a SCOBY and starter liquid of their own to start the process.
