Have you taken our Sow It! Grow It! Eat It! (SGE) Workshop Series and are eager for more? Then this is for you!

Our second year is called NEXT STEPS - and it will solidify and reiterate what you have learnt in SGE whilst extending your knowledge in many more related and exciting topics.

For our NEXT STEPS group, community and team effort will be at the premise of our planning. Together we will develop a design for a CountryPlot. We will learn how to plan and implement a larger, edible garden, and through this, learn more about Permaculture, no-dig gardening, polycultures with a perennial focus, gardening botany and smart water solutions. All larger scale planning will be related back to the urban scale, where you can apply your learning to your city gardens.

NEXT STEPS will include more time at Wald&Wild, our Brandenburg Permaculture Farm.

Initially, two of our workshops will be taken at GIDAK to set the planning base. The four workshops following at Wald&Wild give us even more opportunity to practice Permaculture as a community and to move our bodies, minds and spirits in the larger landscape. It’s all about creature and critter teamwork and hands-on action in the field!

On the Culinary Nutrition side, we will go a little deeper into the food related topics introduced in SGE. We will also get our hands into new seasonal recipes - and look at ways we can further support our own human health, and beyond.

We will grow living soils, foods, relationships - in practice and in knowledge - and through these interconnect on a grander scale with life.

We are truly excited about the format created and are looking forward to embarking on the NEXT STEPS with you!
