Do you want to get to know the core of Permaculture? In 2022, Permaculture Circle will focus on in-depth learning and application of the Permaculture Principles.
Permaculture Circle is an ongoing series of once-a-month “community workshops”. Our monthly ‘Circles’ are structured around the 12 Permaculture Principles (one Principle per session) and always include an activity, skill or resource related to the principle - for example, our sixth Circle on Principle #6 ‘Produce No Waste’ will include an introduction and in-depth discussion about the key Principle, as well as a relevant and practical skill: e.g. full-spectrum composting.
These activities are not pre-programmed but catered entirely to participants - what do you want to learn? What do you want to share?
In Permaculture Circle, the roles of teaching and learning are fluid. We are here to learn together. We do this with the help of a variety of collective decision-making processes, which you will also learn to implement for personal use. Our Circles are highly interactive, flexible and participatory, and participants are encouraged and supported to lead their own skill-shares and present related topic material if they feel called (and would like) to do so.

This group is for previous Cityplot work-shop participants and those new to Cityplot, Permaculture Enthusiasts at all levels & Ecological Urbanites, who want to learn more about the core of Permaculture and how it can be applied. All experience levels are welcome.
