Policy for Gdgd Workshops Amsterdam

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for workshops (or other courses) via our website or via external parties that promote our workshops. 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation implies extra work and costs for us and your cancelled seat might not be filled on time with an alternative candidate. 

If a course or workshop is cancelled up to 15 working days before the start of the course you will receive a refund of the workshop fee reduced by €10 administration costs. To cancel your registration, send your request to:

You will receive an acknowledgment by email from Cityplot.

Late cancellation, no show & refund:

  • If your registration is cancelled by email (info@cityplot.org) within 5 to 15 working days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price.

  • If you cancel your participation by email within 5 or fewer working days before the start of the course, or in case of a no show, there will be no refund.

  • In the case of the Get Down Get Dirty courses, there are no refunds for individual workshop lessons missed once the course has begun.


Replacement and alternative locations

You can allow someone else to take your seat without extra costs. This needs to be communicated with Cityplot in advance via the e-mail address mentioned above.

In the case of the Get Down Get Dirty courses, it is sometimes possible to attend a missed workshop at one of the other workshop locations. This needs to be arranged in advance with your workshop instructor(s).


Cancellation by Cityplot

Cityplot has the right to cancel the course or workshop due to insufficient participation, illness or other form of force majeure. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation email and the entire amount for the course or workshop will be refunded.


Stadsboerderij Osdorp Regulations

Participation is at your own risk. 

No dogs are allowed on the grounds of the city farm Osdorp.

City farm Osdorp is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the farm.
