Cancellation Policy for ONLINE WORKSHOPS

Introduction

The following terms and  conditions apply to bookings for workshops (or other courses) via our website or via external parties that promote our workshops. Note that cancellation implies extra work and costs for us and your cancelled seat might not be filled on time with an alternative candidate. 

Cancelling ahead of time

If a course or workshop is cancelled up to 15 working days before the start of the course you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee.

To cancel your registration, send your request to:

You will receive an acknowledgment by e-mail from Cityplot.

Late cancellation, no show & refund

• If your registration is cancelled by e-mail (info@cityplot.org) within 5 to 15 working days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price.

• If you cancel your participation by e-mail within 5 or fewer working days before the start of the course, or in case of a no show, there will be no refund.

• In the case of multiple sessions’ courses, there are no refunds for individual workshop lessons missed once the course has begun.

Replacement and alternative locations

You can allow someone else to take your seat without extra costs. This needs to be communicated with Cityplot in advance via the e-mail address mentioned above.

Cancellation by Cityplot

Cityplot has the right to cancel the course or workshop due to insufficient participation, illness or other form of force majeure. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation e-mail and the entire amount for the course or workshop will be refunded.
