GROW YOUR OWN URBAN EDIBLE GARDEN ONLINE COURSE

INTRODUCTION

The following terms and  conditions apply to bookings for online workshops and courses via our website.
Note that cancellation implies extra work and costs for us and your cancelled seat might not be filled on time with an alternative candidate. 

CANCELLING AHEAD OF TIME & ADMINISTRATION COSTS

If your registration is cancelled by email (onlineworkshops@cityplot.org) within 30 working days before the start date of the workshop, you will receive a refund of the full fee minus 10% administration costs. The online year course requires a cancellation by email 30 worksing days before the starting date of the first workshop in the series for a full refund minus 10% administration costs.

To cancel your registration, send your request to: onlineworkshops@cityplot.org

You will receive an acknowledgment by email from Cityplot.

LATE CANCELLATION, NO SHOW & REFUND

If your registration is cancelled by email (onlineworkshops@cityplot.org) within 10 to 29 working days before the start of the workshop series you will receive a refund of 50% of the full fee minus 10% administration costs.

If your registration is cancelled by email (onlineworkshops@cityplot.org) within 10 or fewer working days before the start of the workshop, or in case of a no show, there will be no refund.

REPLACEMENT

You can allow someone else to take your seat in either a stand-alone session or the entire course (before the starting date) without extra costs. 

This needs to be communicated with Cityplot in advance via the email address mentioned above. 

CANCELLATION BY CITYPLOT

Cityplot has the right to cancel the full course due to insufficient participation, illness or other form of force majeure. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation email and the entire amount for the course will be refunded.
