There are a lot of pioneering food projects in and around Amsterdam that aim to change the food system for the better. From Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) gardens like Pluk! at the Fruittuin and the Boterbloem in the Tuinen van West, to the dream of Voedselpark Amsterdam to safeguard biological agricultural land for the commons. Ann Doherty from the Cityplot urban farming collective will give examples of local pioneering food projects that safeguard biodiversity, climate and soil.
