In this workshop there will be an introduction to the science and art of fermenting foods. Then we will do an interactive demonstration using a veganized version of the classic Korean style cabbage kimchi recipe. All ingredients will be provided along with the recipe to make at home again. There will be enough kimchi for everyone to take some home and much appreciated if you can bring a jar for this.
