Mindful with the Seasons: Autumn | Mindfulness of the Body (2/4)

Mindfulness of the Body | Mindful with the Seasons: Autumn

This autumn, explore the theme of “Mindfulness of the Body” in our 4-part seasonal mindfulness meditation course. Held in a peaceful garden house on Sunday mornings for 90 minutes, you'll have the chance to connect with yourself and nature.

You'll learn the foundations of mindfulness. The course will invite you to cultivate embodied presence wonder in the everyday, connect with your inner wisdom, and draw inspiration from the natural world. It is the second course in a series called "Mindful with the Seasons," so we'll explore the nature of Autumn as we connect with our inner seasons. Each session builds on the last, so people need to register for the whole course and ideally attend all four sessions.

This course is taught as part of Practicum for the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. As an introductory offer, it's available on a suggested donation basis. We want everyone to be able to join, so if the suggested amount is too much, you can pay what you can. You'll have the opportunity to make a donation to the teacher at the end of the event.
