GENERAL INFORMATION

This essential online real-time group workshop covers the fundamentals you need to know for extending the gardening season after the summer and preparing your garden for the colder months.

We will cover the basics for autumn and winter gardening as well as other activities for this season such as seed saving and propagating perennials.

We will learn about: autumn and winter crops, protecting systems for your outdoor crops, growing indoors, seed saving, building healthy soil during the winter and propagating perennials ( herbs & berries ).

The workshop includes:

• Four hours of group live classes via Zoom

• Your gardening teacher will also be available via email for follow up/consultations for the duration of the workshop

• Possibility to join our urban farmers monthly online circle, where together we discuss our garden updates, challenges and successes

Dates:

• Session 1: Sunday August 3rdfrom 10 to 12h.

• Session 2: Sunday August 17th from 10 to 12h.
